JBA Ireland have been appointed to the Office of Public Work’s Environmental Framework and also the 2017 contract for environmental services for the arterial drainage maintenance section.  This is a credit to all of the environment and ecology team in Ireland who have developed an excellent relationship with the client.  Since 2014, JBA have won all such work that the OPW have tendered, making us consultant of choice in for Appropriate Assessment and Habitats Directive Assessment related work.  

We are extremely pleased to continue our work with the OPW providing a range of services that includes:

• Ecological walkover surveys of arterial drainage channels and embankments to JNCC Phase 1 and FOSSITT habitat mapping classifications.
• Habitats Directive Appropriate Assessment of Arterial Drainage Maintenance Activities and Environmental River Enhancement Programme (EREP) schemes.
