We are seeking a Junior Landscape Architect /Technician to join our growing team. We currently have a diverse range of experience within the landscape team, and the company’s philosophy of sharing means that you can benefit from the skills and experience of the wider JBA team. Responsibilities

The successful candidate will, amongst other things, be responsible for:

·        

Providing support to the landscape team on a variety of projects at all stages.

·        

Producing and updating drawings / sections / layouts in AutoCAD.

·        

Assisting in the preparation of design statements and presentations.

·        

Under supervision, providing assistance with LVIA reports.

·        

Working with colleagues throughout JBA, as part of a wider team.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should have:

·        

A recognised/accredited degree in landscape architecture or a related design discipline.

·        

One - two year’s professional experience post-graduation – recent graduates may also be considered.

·        

Good proficiency in AutoCAD will be required for this position.

·        

Familiarity with illustrative drawing packages including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and/or Illustrator, and QGIS, would be advantageous.

·        

Ability to work in a team with good communication skills.

·        

Civil 3D experience would be an advantage but not essential.

·        

Understanding of BIM would be useful.

·        

A full Irish or UK driving licence, would be useful.
